Student Enrollment
InfoPorte:

Student > Degree Candidates
  • Provides a list of students who are eligible to receive a particular degree in a specified term window based on a set of search criteria including Expected Grad Term, Academic Program, Organization, Group, and Career.
  • Also includes their Degree Checkout Status and Major Plan.  Click on a student's PID for additional details on an individual student.

InfoPorte:

Student > Degree Recipients
  • Provides a list of students who received degrees in a particular term based on a set of search criteria including Completed Term Code, Academic Plan, Organization, Group, and Career.
  • Includes degree information and conferral date. Click on a student's PID for additional details on an individual student.

InfoPorte:  

Student > Term Enrollment
  • Provides a list of students who are (or were) enrolled in a given term based on a set of search criteria including Term, Enrollment Status, Academic Plan, Program, Organization, Group, and Career.
  • Includes degree information and conferral date. Click on a student's PID for additional details on an individual student.

Grading

Student > Grading > Instructor Grading Pattern
  • Provides information about grade distribution by Instructor.
Schedule of Classes
TarHeel Reports:

Student > Schedule of Classes > Comprehensive Class
  • Provides classroom facility information by MOU.
TarHeel Reports:

Student > Schedule of Classes > Facility Report
  • Provides class directory information for users across campus.
Student Data
TarHeel Reports:

Student > Student Data > Academic Eligibility Dashboard
  • Provides Academic Advising to monitor student progress so they can reach out to those needing support.


Key Terms

Term Description
  • The description for the academic term.
Standard Meeting Pattern
  • This is the standard meeting pattern for the class.
  • Letters shown indicate the date of the week the class is scheduled.
Enrollment Total
  • The total number of students enrolled in the class.
Enrollment Capacity
  • The number of students the class has capacity to allow to be enrolled.
