You are receiving this email because you have placed an order with Agilent through ConnectCarolina in the past year. Agilent has confirmed that there is an issue that is preventing orders from being placed correctly in any browser except Internet Explorer. They will be implementing a fix for the issue in mid-February, but until then, if you need to order from Agilent, you need to use Internet Explorer only.
We will let you know when the issue has been corrected and you’re able to use other browsers again.
