You are receiving this email because you have access to create campus vouchers in ConnectCarolina.

A better way to bring new suppliers on board is in the works. To get ready, we’re doing some work to voucher entry. Starting Friday, February 21, you’ll see these changes in ConnectCarolina:

    • The Location field is being repurposed and will be called Payment Method.
    • A new Address field will be below the Payment Method field.

    • Both fields will be filled in with the default values that are listed in ConnectCarolina for the supplier.
    • You must change the values in either field if you need to use a different address or payment method. We encourage payments to be made by ACH instead of system check.
