1) Even if you are requesting something on behalf of someone else, list your name in the Requested for or by field. That way, you receive ticket updates and you can share the information with others as needed. If you enter the other person’s name, only they will receive email updates, although you can still track the request through under “My Requests.”

2) If you’re submitting an HR-related ticket that concerns another employee, include the employee’s PID and any other useful information (such as position number and employee record) in the Additional Information section for service requests (“Request Service” tickets) or the Please describe your issue below section for incidents (“Something’s Broken” tickets).
