Browser Configuration for Document Download and Save
Position Description Print/View Download settings may need to be updated in order to Save/View RTF and PDF documents.
Browser Configurations have changed and may impact the functionality.
Open the tabs below to get step by step information. You may also contact the Service Desk or Business Systems Help Desk for assistance.
Go to the Settings menu. Under General, scroll down to ‘Files and Applications’. Scroll down to ensure ‘Content Type’ = Portable Document Format (PDF) is set to the desired Action [set to ‘Open’ below]. Select whether you want other files to “Save” or “Ask whether to Open or save files”.
Go to the Settings menu; select Privacy and Security, then Site Settings and scroll down for Additional Content Settings.
By selecting the Downloads option below, the Location where the Download is saved can be Changed.
Go to the Settings menu; navigate to Cookies and Site permissions and select PDF documents.
Scroll down and select PDF Documents.
By selecting the Downloads option below, the Location where the Download is saved can be Changed.
NOTE: Watch for pop up blockers blocking your documents.
