Access to Legacy ePro View Only Data and to New ePro for Orders
|You can use the link below to view data in the old version of ePro. IMPORTANT: This link is for VIEW ONLY purposes. The system allows you to enter transactions, but they will not process. Orders need to be submitted in the new ePro in ConnectCarolina. Again, please DO NOT ENTER ORDERS at the link below. Use it only to VIEW orders previous to Oct. 1, 2014.

You can access legacy ePro data only by clicking on the link above. You cannot go directly to the old version of ePro via links you used previously or may have bookmarked. Remember, the old version of ePro will not prevent you from entering orders in the old ePro, but those orders will not be processed.
Information on the new ePro in ConnectCarolina
To place orders in ePro, login at connectcarolina.unc.edu with your Onyen and password. Look for ePro under the Finance button on the left.
Access to the new ePro
Most users who had access in the old ePro were given access in the new ePro. If you are having an access issue, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 919-962-HELP or submit an online help ticket at help.unc.edu.
Please note that there was a group of users of the old ePro that we were unable to load into the new ePro. Some of these users had no valid Onyen or email, and some had an affiliation (most with the healthcare side of campus) that prevented them from getting in. We are working on resolving this problem so we can re-load everyone in that group into the new ePro.
Another note on ConnectCarolina access: users see different menus depending on their work duties (roles); if you do not use a functionality in your work role, you will not see that in your menu options in ConnectCarolina. If you think you should have access to something that you do not, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
