Scheduled ConnectCarolina Finance Outage

Saturday, September 28, 7:00am until noon

ConnectCarolina Finance will be unavailable Saturday, September 28, 7:00am until noon for planned maintenance. ConnectCarolina Student Admin and Human Resources will still be available, along with TIM and all the other systems you usually access through ConnectCarolina.

These systems and options will not be available during the ConnectCarolina outage:

  • BuyCarolina
  • ConnectCarolina-based reporting tools, including queries, Query Viewer – RPT, BI Publisher, or nVision reports.
  • Web Travel
  • Business Associate Agreement Repository (BAAR)
  • Vendor Invoice Submission Page (VISP)
  • Chartfield Checker
  • VISP
  • Customer Billing Management (CBM) and Bill Presentation

Airgas and ARC3 Orders

  • During the outage, you can place Airgas orders by emailing ANWMorrisvilleAdministration@airgas.com, or contact account representative Ben Martin, Account Representative, 919-812-2798. Airgas will handle the orders over the outage period and work through the technical process after ConnectCarolina is back up.
  • ARC3 orders can be placed by calling customer service at 919-682-4527.
