Access Roles: Finance – Campus – WebTravel
The Campus Web Travel roles follow the same approval path:
Stop 1: Finance System Access Coordinator verifies supporting documentation is attached and complete.
Stop 2: ConnectCarolina Security Team sets up access in ConnectCarolina.
|Function to ask for on Access Request Form||Description of the Role||Training Required|
|Web Travel User||Allows someone to access Web Travel and create Travel Documents. It also grants Approvers access to this application. Note: Anyone who has PeopleSoft Finance Administrative access, i.e. can access the PS Finance menu, is granted this role automatically and does not need to request it via this form.||Training is not required. (Web Travel for Travel Administrators self-paced online learning is available.)|
|Web Travel FRED Administrator||Allows someone to set up workflow Approval Groups and Routes for departments, for student and guest travel.||Training is not required. The Groups and Routes in FRED and Web Travel guides are available on the Finance website.)|
