Access Roles: HR/Payroll – Campus – PeopleAdmin
All ConnectCarolina HR/Payroll Roles follow the same approval path:
Stop 1: HR/Payroll functional lead reviews HR System Access form (signed by HR Officer) and specifies security roles needed.
Stop 2: ConnectCarolina Training Team registers person in training, if needed, and verifies that training is complete.
Stop 3: ConnectCarolina Security Team verifies FERPA training and sets up access in ConnectCarolina.

Department View | This role can view all postings, pre-interview / interim reviews, hiring proposals and print all referred applications. | PeopleAdmin training |
SHRA Dept/Division Approver | This role approves permanent SHRA postings, pre-inverview pools, and hiring proposals. | PeopleAdmin training |
School/Division HR (EHRA) | This role approves permanent EHRA postings, interim reviews, and hiring proposals. | PeopleAdmin training |
Search Committee Editor | This role provides access to update applicant statuses during the search process for posting for which they are granted access. | PeopleAdmin training |
