Access Roles: HR/Payroll – Central Office – PeopleAdmin
PeopleAdmin Roles follow this approval path:
Stop 1: HR/Payroll functional lead reviews HR System Access form (signed by HR Officer) and specifies security roles needed.
Stop 2: ConnectCarolina Training Team registers person in training, if needed, and verifies that training is complete.
Stop 3: ConnectCarolina Security Team verifies FERPA training and sets up access in ConnectCarolina.

HR View Only | This role can view all postings, pre-interview / interim reviews, hiring proposals, and applicant information for all position types. | PeopleAdmin training is available. |
OHR EHRA NF Office | This role approves permanent EHRA Non-Faculty postings, interim reviews, and hiring proposals. | PeopleAdmin training is available. |
OHR Employment - Perms | This role approves permanent EHRA Non-Faculty and permanent SHRA postings, pre-interview / interim reviews, and hiring proposals. | PeopleAdmin training is available. |
OHR Employment - Temps | This role approves temporary SHRA postings and waivers, as well as temporary EHRA postings. *EHRA represents both faculty and non-faculty. | PeopleAdmin training is available. |
Post Doc Affairs Office | This role approves Postdoctoral Scholar postings and hiring proposals. | PeopleAdmin training is available. |
OHR Classification & Compensation | This role reviews SHRA Permanent postings when there are discrepancies between the FLSA designation and the Duties Exempt fields due to the posting hiring range not meeting the minimum salary threshold for an Exempt position. | PeopleAdmin training is available. |
