Scheduled ConnectCarolina Finance/HR/Payroll Outage, Saturday, April 6, 7:00 am until 10:00 pm.

ConnectCarolina Finance and HCM will be unavailable Saturday, April 6th  – 7 AM to 10 PM  for routine maintenance. ConnectCarolina Student Admin will still be available, along with all the other systems you usually access through ConnectCarolina. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please review the information below to see what services are impacted.

These systems and options will not be available during the ConnectCarolina outage:

  • Pay Stub, W-2/W-2c
  • BuyCarolina
  • ConnectCarolina-based reporting tools, including queries, Query Viewer – RPT, BI Publisher, or nVision reports.
  • Chartfield Checker
  • CART
  • CBM and Bill Presentation
  • Web Travel
  • BAAR
  • Vendor Invoice Submission Process (VISP)
  • CC Admin and CC Invoice

These systems will be available during the ConnectCarolina outage:

Benefits information

  • If you need to enroll in or change your benefits during the outage, you can call the Eligibility and Enrollment Support Center at 855-859-0966.

PeopleAdmin and LawLogix

  • Companion systems such as PeopleAdmin and LawLogix are available, but they are not able to pull information from or send information to ConnectCarolina during the outage.

Airgas and ARC3 Orders

  • During the outage, you can place Airgas orders by emailing, or contact account representative Ben Martin, Account Representative, 919-812-2798. Airgas will handle the orders over the outage period and work through the technical process after ConnectCarolina is back up.
