Enterprise Applications / ConnectCarolina System Outage

All Enterprise Applications to include ConnectCarolina will be unavailable Saturday, July 30, from 6:00 am – 2:00 pm for planned maintenance.

This outage affects ConnectCarolina, creation of Onyen and Guest Ids, updates of Alert Carolina/Emergency Contacts, What’s my PID, EHS applications, Business Associate Agreement Repository, and Web-Travel. This means you will not be able to access links in ConnectCarolina to access other systems, although you can access some of these systems directly.

 

Applicants, students, proxies, and authorized users

You won’t be able to use ConnectCarolina in any way during the outage. You won’t be able to pay enrollment deposits, or pay bills using the TouchNet application. Students, you won’t be able to assign proxies to see student information in ConnectCarolina or authorized users to pay bills. The CarolinaGo app will not be available. The external sites Credentials and CollegeScheduler will be down during this outage.

Faculty and staff

You will not be able to access your pay stub, your W-2, or W-2C during the outage. If you need to enroll in or change your benefits during the outage, you can call the Eligibility and Enrollment Support Center at 855-859-0966.

These systems and options will not be available during the ConnectCarolina outage:

  • BuyCarolina
  • ConnectCarolina-based reporting tools, including queries, Query Viewer – RPT, BI Publisher, or nVision reports.
  • TIM (Time Information Management) System

 

These systems will be available during the ConnectCarolina outage, but you’ll need to use the direct link to access them:

 

Airgas and ARC3 Orders

  • During the outage, you can place Airgas orders by emailing ANWMorrisvilleAdministration@airgas.com, or contact account representative Ben Martin, Account Representative, 919-812-2798. Airgas will handle the orders over the outage period and work through the technical process after ConnectCarolina is back up.
  • ARC3 orders can be placed by calling customer service at 919-682-4527.
