Enterprise Applications Outage

ConnectCarolina will be unavailable Tuesday, March 8, from 5:00pm- 8:00pm for planned maintenance.

Applicants, students, proxies, and authorized users

You will not be able to access Student Center and Student Data in ConnectCarolina

These systems and options will not be available during the ConnectCarolina outage:

  • Ability to assign proxies to see student information
  • Credentials
  • College Scheduler

These systems will be available during the ConnectCarolina outage, but you’ll need to use the direct link to access them:

Faculty and staff

You will not be able to access HR and Financial applications.

These systems and options will not be available during the ConnectCarolina outage:

  • Pay Stub, W-2/W-2c
  • BuyCarolina
  • ConnectCarolina-based reporting tools, including queries, Query Viewer – RPT, BI Publisher, or nVision reports.
  • Chartfield Checker
  • CART
  • CBM and Bill Presentation
  • Web Travel
  • BAAR
  • Vendor Invoice Submission Process (VISP)
  • CC Admin and CC Invoice

These systems will be available during the ConnectCarolina outage, but you’ll need to use the direct link to access them:

For benefit questions or changes during the outage, you can call the Eligibility and Enrollment Support Center at 855-859-0966.

Airgas and ARC3 Orders

  • During the outage, you can place Airgas orders by emailing ANWMorrisvilleAdministration@airgas.com, or contact account representative Ben Martin, Account Representative, 919-812-2798. Airgas will handle the orders over the outage period and work through the technical process after ConnectCarolina is back up.
  • ARC3 orders can be placed with Michael Banks, Account Representative, michael.banks@arc3gases.com, 336-690-9541 or call customer service at 919-682-4527.
