On the evening of January 15, 2021, Coupa (the provider that hosts our BuyCarolina application) will be upgrading the site to give it a new look. A summary of the changes is below:

  • A new announcements carousel will replace the previous announcements section, bringing more room to the home page and making it easier to navigate with less scrolling. The carousel feature will have new announcements badges to showcase new information, so you can quickly read through updates. If you need to pause the carousel feature to study a post, click on the carousel and it will pause.
  • The “Recent Activity” and “To Do” sections will be grouped and expanded. This can be minimized by clicking on the carrots next to each section so that the home page space is larger for search returns.
  • If you click the help link at the top right of your screen, you’ll get BuyCarolina Purchasing specific Help details, instead of the generic Coupa help information.
