Here are resources to help HR Representatives use ConnectCarolina.

For access to any HR systems at the University, you must complete the FERPA training in addition to any other required training.  You can find instructions for completing the training on the Registrar’s site.

New functionality allows HR Business Analysts to update Supervisor, Reports To, and/or TIM Approver en masse.  The service is available any time you have 10 or more updates for an individual supervisor or TIM approver. Please complete the form below, add it to a help desk ticket, and submit to the Business Systems Help Desk using the following options:

  1. ConnectCarolina
  2. ConnectCarolina HR/Payroll
  3. Mass Update Request
