Except for scheduled maintenance, ConnectCarolina is available 24/7. You can expect faster transaction times during business hours, and it’s best to avoid these times.

  • Mondays, 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. [Scheduled maintenance]
  • Thursdays, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. [New features are installed]
  • Nights, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. [Overnight processing]
