Managers and employees in the pilot group will follow the traditional assessment process, but will complete the forms in ConnectCarolina instead of using paper forms. These forms include performance plans, off-cycle reviews, an employee self-assessment, and evaluations. There is a guide for managers and a guide for employees. Please make sure you select the correct guide since the instructions will be different for the two groups. Note: The instructions in the Performance Management Pilot Guide for Employees only apply to those employees participating in the pilot.
