Managers and employees in the pilot group will follow the traditional assessment process, but will complete the forms in ConnectCarolina instead of using paper forms. These forms include performance plans, off-cycle reviews, an employee self-assessment, and evaluations. There is a quick reference card for managers and a quick reference card for employees. Please make sure you select the correct quick reference card since the instructions will be different for the two groups.
