Have you ever found yourself working on a task in ConnectCarolina and questioning what the next step is? Keep in mind that searchable online help is available without logging out of ConnectCarolina.
From any page in ConnectCarolina, you can click the three vertical dots on the dark blue menu bar to see the Help option. The online help contains information from many of the training materials and other resources including step-by-step instructions for using ConnectCarolina, InfoPorte and related systems.
When you click the help option, you’ll see a Welcome to Online Help page. The Contents tab on the left contains folders for Human Resources, Finance, Reporting and Student Administration. Click on a folder to view a list of topics. You can also search for a specific topic by typing it in the Search field or access the ccinfo.unc.edu website and the service desk (help.unc.edu) from the online help page. You can also go to Online Help directly outside of ConnectCarolina.
