Scheduled ConnectCarolina Finance Outage

December 10, 5:00pm until Saturday, December 11, 10:00pm

ConnectCarolina Finance will be unavailable Friday, December 10, 5:00pm to Saturday, December 11 10:00pm for a system upgrade. ConnectCarolina Student Admin and Human Resources will still be available, along with TIM and all the other systems you usually access through ConnectCarolina.

These systems and options will not be available during the ConnectCarolina outage:

  • BuyCarolina
  • Web Travel
  • Business Associate Agreement Repository (BAAR)
  • Vendor Invoice Submission Page (VISP)
  • Chartfield Checker
  • *Limited Functionality-Customer Billing Management (CBM) and Bill Presentation
  • ConnectCarolina-based reporting tools, including queries, Query Viewer – RPT, BI Publisher, or nVision reports.

Airgas and ARC3 Orders

  • During the outage, you can place Airgas orders by emailing ANWMorrisvilleAdministration@airgas.com, which is routed to Rasha Jaber (919-544-3772 ext 311) or Jason Newhouse (919-544-3772 ext. 312). You can also call Ben Martin, Account Representative, 919-812-2798. Airgas will handle the orders over the outage period and work through the technical process after ConnectCarolina is back up.
  • ARC3 orders can be placed with Michael Banks, Account Representative, michael.banks@arc3gases.com, 336-690-9541 or call customer service at 919-682-4527.
