ConnectCarolina System Outage – Saturday, July 30, 6:00am-2:00pm
Enterprise Applications Outage
All Enterprise Applications including ConnectCarolina will be unavailable Saturday, July 30, from 6:00 am-2:00 pm for planned maintenance.
This outage affects ConnectCarolina, creation of Onyen and Guest Ids, updates of Alert Carolina/Emergency Contacts, What’s my PID, EHS applications, Business Associate Agreement Repository, and Web-Travel. This means you will not be able to access links in ConnectCarolina to access other systems, although you can access some of these systems directly.
You won’t be able to use ConnectCarolina in any way during the outage. You won’t be able to pay enrollment deposits, or pay bills using the TouchNet application. Students, you won’t be able to assign proxies to see student information in ConnectCarolina or authorized users to pay bills. The CarolinaGo app will not be available. The external sites Credentials and CollegeScheduler will be down during this outage.
